Jin H. Liu is a corporate attorney who has many years of experience working on diverse corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnership structures, as well as assisting clients with formation and structuring of companies, corporate governance and compliance matters, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, financing documents, licensing agreements, marketing agreements and day-to- day operational matters.
